An already SOLD OUT Inveress British Legion has the boys local to home for Hogmanay - with their next Inverness date being the Ironworks in March. After another SOLD OUT Kilmorack Hall on the 8th Jan, Torridon team up with the highly acclaimed and exceptionally talented SKERRYVORE. Having met in Stornoway all those few years ago - both bands finally come together for a combined end of Tour "NEW YEAR HOOLIE" at The Loft, Forres. It's set to be a mega party with Torridon finishing their Tour off alongside SKERRYVORE, in what organisers hope to becoming a regular event.

TACHES OFF FOR WINTER TOUR

The arrival of December sees Team Torridon ditch the Moustaches as "Mo-vember" comes to a close with a blistering weekend Mini-Tour of the North of Scotland. After raising a staggering amount of cash for the charity, the Torridon boys can start hacking with the razors to reveal their boyish good looks again (whatever!).

Torridon would like to thank all those who contributed to the fantastic charity cause and as such raising awareness for Testicular and Prostate Cancer - so THANK YOU to all those who came to support Team Torridon at the weekend and gave generously, its very much appreciated.

December see Torridon embark on a Winter Tour of Scotland, with epic journeys ahead and some new Territory to be explored, its sure to be a mad festive period for the boys. First stop in the tour is Marybank Village Hall (see tour dates for tickets), where the boys are eager to get back to a venue they packed out last time round. More tour details will unfold over the next few days, however rumour has it that a huge end of tour party with another Touring Scottish band is being planned at the moment - our sources tell us this could be a sensational night!!

MOVEMBER - TEAM TORRIDON

The month of November see Torridon take part in the WORLD-WIDE Campaign of raising awareness of Testicular Cancer & Prostate Cancer. Like hundreds of thousands of guys across the world "Team Torridon" will show their support by growing their moustaches for the whole of the month of November. To support this cause and Team Torridon click here: http://uk.movember.com/register/52908

Check out Torridon's "Mo"vember Mini-tour dates, where you can join in the fun and show off your 'tache with the boys at Hootananny's, Inverness and the Broom Bar, Ullapool at the end of the month.

This is a fantastic idea to raise awareness for a very justified cause. Dont be too late..."Feel your nuts!"

O2 ACADEMY - HAMPDEN HEROES RAMMY

Torridon will take to the stage with fellow tartan army favourites Scocha at the O2 Academy, Glasgow as it hosts the "Hampden Heroes Rammy" immediately after the Scotland v Macedonia game on the 5th September. This is sure to be another memorable occassion in what looks set to be the first get -together of many for the two bands from opposite ends of the country.

HIGHLAND PRIDE LAUNCH

Torridon have returned from the studio to launch their highly anticipated new album, HIGHLAND PRIDE. The Ironworks, Inverness hosted the event which saw a mass of local fans turn out to get their hands on the gold dust copies. With the launch saw Torridon perform on a stage that has not seen an atmosphere like it since Wolfstone laucnhed their recent album two years ago. Steve Robertson, Ironworks: "this was the best 'local band' night in years!"

We can assure fans that in March 2010 Torridon will re-appear at the Ironworks in another homecoming night.
